e5 Capture uses user-friendly software to capture data from single or multi-page forms.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is used to extract metadata which is input into e5 fields.

Forms such as questionnaires, reports, invoices, contracts, emails and tabular data can all be used to capture data.

A template is created for each form layout to identify the zones to be captured.

Data is verified and e5 uses business rules to automatically launch the document workflow to process and find exceptions.

 

Documents and associated metadata are imported to e5 work items.
